What is your service area?We currently serve the Lambton County area for larger projects. For weekly or biweekly lawn care services, we are only accepting clients in Sarnia.

What is your cancellation policy?You can cancel most of our services at any time without a penalty. Here’s how cancellations work for different types of jobs: To cancel a service, just call or email us at lambtonmaintenancemen@gmail.com. Lawn Mowing & Garden Maintenance – You can cancel anytime. If you've used services you haven’t yet paid for, you’ll be responsible for those costs. If you've prepaid for services you haven't received, you'll get a refund. Hourly Services – Cancellations before our arrival come with no penalty. However, if we’ve already purchased materials for your job (e.g., plants ,soil, seed), you’ll need to cover those costs. Installations – You can cancel before we arrive without penalty. If we've purchased materials for your project, you’ll still be responsible for those costs. Otherwise, deposits are fully refundable.

Are you insured?Yes, we carry $1 million in General Liability insurance.

Do you require a deposit?We only require deposits for jobs over $3,000 before taxes. For smaller projects, we simply invoice after the work is done. When a deposit is needed, it’s usually 50% of the total cost, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

What are your lawn-mowing best practices?We typically mow lawns at a height of 2.5 inches during the growing season, lowering it to 1.5–2 inches in late October. If you prefer a different cutting height, just let us know! However, we recommend keeping it at least 2 inches during the growing season for the best lawn health.

Can I cancel my services?Yes, you can cancel your service at any time without penalty—just send us an email to let us know. You’ll still need to pay any outstanding invoices, but we’ll issue a pro-rated refund for any remaining lawn cuts in the month. Refunds are processed based on your payment method—see our refund policy for details. For example, if we invoice you on June 15th, mow your lawn on June 17th, and you cancel afterward, you’ll still need to pay the June 15th invoice. Once paid, we’ll refund you for the three remaining scheduled cuts.
