Lambton Maintenance Men provides lawn care and maintenance services in the Sarnia, Ontario area. By using our website, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined here and all applicable laws.

2. Service Availability

Our services are available to customers in the Lambton County area for larger projects and Sarnia for weekly or biweekly lawn care services. All services are subject to availability.

3. Service Payment

• Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept payments through Email Money Transfers (EMTs), cheques, and cash (cash payments must be arranged via our office).

• A standard $100 delivery charge applies for mulch and soil deliveries.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel services at any time without penalty. However, you are responsible for any outstanding invoices. If you have prepaid for services you have not received, we will issue a pro-rated refund based on the number of remaining visits.

• Cancellations for hourly services or installations made before our arrival are penalty-free, but costs for any materials purchased on your behalf will still apply.

• Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.

5. Scheduling & Service Completion

• We schedule our services based on availability, and we make every effort to arrive within the agreed-upon timeframe. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, please notify us in advance.

6. Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property and our employees, Lambton Maintenance Men is not liable for any property damage that occurs during the course of service, unless the damage is directly caused by negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
