Severely Overgrown Property Cleared
This one had gone well past mowing. Vines and weeds had closed the walkway down the side of the house so it could not be used at all, grown up over the garage and in around a boat parked beside it, and turned the back yard into a solid mound of growth with saplings coming through it.
Work like this is done by hand rather than with a mower. We cut and pulled the growth out in sections, freed the fence line and the walkway, cleared in around the garage, the boat and the utilities on the wall, and hauled everything we took off the property away with us.
The three pairs below are each the same spot before we started and after we finished: the walkway, the back yard, and the garage. A clearing like this is the reset before normal maintenance is possible again, and it is the point where most of these properties become straightforward to keep on top of.
