We primarily serve Sarnia, Point Edward, and Bright’s Grove. Larger one-time projects may be available in Corunna and other parts of Lambton County, depending on scope and scheduling. Recurring mowing is primarily in Sarnia, with limited Point Edward and Bright’s Grove availability depending on route.

We provide free estimates and clear written estimates. Pricing for jobs like junk removal and material installation depends on labour, volume, materials, disposal, and travel. Payment terms and any applicable late fees are noted on your estimate or invoice.

Smaller jobs generally do not require a deposit. Larger projects may require one, and if so we will lay that out clearly on your written estimate before any work is scheduled. Payment terms and any applicable fees are shown on your estimate or invoice.

We offer manual weeding as part of our garden maintenance. We do not offer chemical weed control or pesticide treatments. If you would like your beds and borders kept tidy, we can set up regular garden maintenance or a one-time cleanup.

For safety, we clean single-storey and safely accessible eavestroughs only. We do not offer multi-storey eavestrough cleaning. If you are not sure whether your home is a good fit, contact us and we will let you know.

Pressure washing requires access to a working outdoor water tap on site. We focus on ground-level surfaces such as driveways, patios, and walkways. We do not offer roof washing, high-siding or multi-storey work, or soft washing.
