These terms apply to the services provided by Lambton Maintenance Men Ltd. and to the use of our website. By requesting or receiving our services, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and pricing

We provide free, written estimates. Pricing depends on the work involved, including labour, materials, volume, disposal, and travel where applicable. An estimate is not a final contract until the work and terms are agreed.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the property for the scheduled work. Some services have requirements, for example pressure washing requires a working outdoor water tap on site, and eavestrough cleaning is limited to single-storey and safely accessible structures.

Payment

Payment terms, and any applicable fees, are shown on your written estimate or invoice. Larger projects may require a deposit, which will be stated on your estimate before work is scheduled.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule. Any costs already incurred on your behalf, such as purchased materials, may be payable.

Service limitations

Some services are limited in scope. We do not offer chemical weed control or pesticide treatments, multi-storey eavestrough cleaning, or roof, high-siding, multi-storey, or soft-washing pressure services.

Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
